1. General information
This website provides information, enquiries and setup building for coffee machines, grinders, accessories, service and related products supplied by Italian Coffee Specialist in Australia.
2. Prices and GST
Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive unless stated otherwise. Prices may be indicative and subject to supplier availability, freight, installation requirements, custom finishes or final confirmation before order approval.
3. Orders, deposits and custom products
For machine and special-order products, a deposit may be required before an order is confirmed. The website may show indicative setup pricing, but final order confirmation depends on availability, configuration, delivery location and installation requirements.
Secure payment methods
Payments may be made by secure Stripe payment link or bank transfer by invoice. Card details are not entered or stored on this website. PayPal is not offered.
4. Delivery and lead times
Machine delivery may take approximately 30–40 days from order confirmation where products are made to order or imported. Delivery times are estimates only and may change due to supplier, freight or customs delays.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
6. Faulty products and remedies
If a product has a problem, contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the issue and the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
7. Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns may be considered at our discretion for eligible unused accessories in original condition and packaging. Custom orders, special orders, used items, installed items and made-to-order machines may not be eligible for change-of-mind return unless required by law.
8. Service work
Service pricing may include call-out fees, labour, parts, travel and GST. Additional work may require approval before proceeding.
9. Website and product information
We aim to keep website information accurate, but product images, specifications, availability and pricing may change. Final details are confirmed before order approval.
